Leading with Vision Journey

€ 5400,– incl. 20% VAT (for private payers), or excl. VAT for corporate customers.

Minimum number of participants: 6 

Maximum number of participants: 12 

(Modules 1-5 are included. In total 9 days, 8 of which are on-site and 2 half days are virtual. The room costs as well as the seminar package (coffee breaks, lunch) for the on-site modules are also included in the price).

Not included in the price are expenses for traveling, accommodation and dinner!

Structure of the 5 modules

27. - 29. November 2024

Module 1:

This module is about finding the way to me as a leader. What does leadership mean? What do my employees expect from me? What does the company expect from me? What do I expect from myself? And how can I navigate between these expectations?

We will engage in 

  • Your possible vision, your mission and which safe spaces you have or need.
  • Your handling with openness, transparency, as well as with trust and confidentiality
  • first tools, that can be helpful for you personally in different roles

 

Dazu arbeiten wir in unterschiedlichen Settings und mit verschiedenen Formaten, die Dich in diesem Prozess gut begleiten.

At the end of the module there will be a "homework" assignment, which allows you to engage with yourself and the leadership topic in the spaces between our modules without taking up too much time and space.

Module 2:

In unserem halbtägigen Online Modul hast Du die Möglichkeit, mit den anderen Teilnehmer:innen zur Hausübung in den Austausch zu gehen. Wir sammeln Beobachtungen und verknüpfen diese mit schon Gelerntem.

Module 3:

Wir haben uns bisher vor allem mit uns und unserer Führungspersönlichkeit beschäftigt, und uns auf eine Reise zu uns selbst begeben. In diesem Modul beschäftigen wir uns mit der Frage, wohin uns diese Reise hinführen soll: 

How can I stay authentic in different leadership situations? Which leadership styles are there and which of them do I already use? What is helpful in my work and what is hindering me sometimes? Which people need what and when? And how do I recognize that?

How do I deal with decision-making situations? How do I handle conflicts? What do conflicts mean for me? 

Welche gruppendynamischen Effekte können einen Einfluss auf die Entstehung von Konflikten haben?

These two days will also be characterized by different inputs and exercises of exchange and practical relevance. Feel free to bring your own examples to work on your topics together with others!

Module 4:

In unserem 2. virtuellen Halbtages-Modul gehen wir erneut in den kollegialen Erfahrungsaustausch.

Auch hier geht es vor allem darum, zu berichten, was in der Anwendung bereits gut funktioniert, und herauszufinden, welche Schwerpunkte im Abschlussmodul noch hilfreich sein können.

Module 5:

In unserem dritten Vor-Ort-Modul nutzen wir die Gelegenheit, der Frage nachzugehen, welchen Unterschied wir in unserem Unternehmensumfeld machen können.

Wie und wo zeige ich Gestaltungskompetenz in der Veränderung? Was brauche ich noch, um wirksam zu agieren?

Wir beschäftigen uns mit Modellen von Veränderungen, um auch theoretisch besser einordnen zu können, was situationsspezifisch für unsere Vorgesetzten, unsere Kolleg:innen und unsere Mitarbeiter:innen nützlich sein kann, und mit welchen Verhaltungsweisen wir – vielleicht sogar gut gemeint – gute Lösungen torpedieren. 

And, of course, we will also take time to conclude the course together and review what we have learned and experienced.

FAQ

What happens after my registration?  

If you have registered on this page and has sent us your mail address, we will send you the workshop contract and further informations to your email address. After returning the signed contract, you will receive a confirmation of admission, as well as the invoice with the total amount of the workshop (about 8 weeks before the workshop starts). With that, you are formally and officially registered 🙂  

Auch Dein Zugang für unsere Plattform wird dann schon eingerichtet, und Du kannst bereits erste Unterlagen, z.B. zur Organisation, einsehen.

 
Are there any specific requirements to participate in the workshop?  

You should have a desire to learn, an interest in personal development and be ready for a lot of exercises. The theoretical parts are geared towards beginners without any previous knowledge, so you can also participate without any previous trainings in this field.  

Wenn Du schon viele Weiterbildungen im Bereich Leadership gemacht hast, sprich uns gerne vorab an. 

 

What kind of equipment do I need for my participation? 

A device with internet capability and working camera (computer, laptop, tablet), as well as a stable internet connection for the online sessions (unfortunately without camera the participation is not possible) 

An email address, to use your account on our platform with all the relevant documents. If you can not log in to external platforms with your company address, then the willingness to also use a private or specially created email address 😉 

If you like to have your documents on paper and not only on your screen: a printer 🙂 

 
What kind of documents will be provided? 

Working papers for reflection, content worksheets on models + tools, sometimes scripts, literature references. 

All documents will be digitally available on this platform, so that you can look them up and have access to them at any time. 

 
Will the course take place face-to-face only?  

Das Setting sieht vor, dass wir bestimmte Inhalte onsite durchführen, und andere virtuell. Für die Präsenz-Teile ist keine hybride Veranstaltung geplant.

 
What happens if I miss one day? 

You will receive your certificate even if you miss a whole module. You also have the possibility to participate in the modules that you couldn't attend, in the following year. If it is more than 1 module, you will receive the certificate of attendance only if you have successfully attended at least 80% of the modules.  

 
Until when can I register? Will there be any costs then? 

You can always find the latest information and regulations directly on our homepage. Late registration will not incur any additional costs, but please note that we have a minimum number of participants and the workshop might not take place if we do not have enough registrations by a certain date. Just contact us and we can give you "live" information. 

 
Will I receive a certificate after participating successfully?
