- Change is an issue for you and concerns or moves you (personal and/or professional context)
- You would like to actively bring in your own experiences and work on your own behavior patterns, and at the same time you would like to connect some theoretical basics on change to it.
- You don't have much or any background on theories / models about change, or with the connection to your own topics.
- You want to get into active exchange with others and profit from a rich wealth of experience - and you are willing to contribute instead of only listening 🙂
- You are interested in a wide range of active participation in exercises, exchange of experiences, individual and joint reflection and theoretical backgrounds

Who will accompany you at the change intense workshop?
Kathrin
Expert for change of perspective, designing & accompanying inner processes, experienced coach for individuals and groups, host of constellations, senior coach in DBVC.
Kathrin works based on neuroscientific research findings. Kathrin will bring in a lot to the leadership seminar: methods, helpful tools, background from brain research, and supports you to better strengthen important results for you.
Martin
Martin accompanies people in a wide variety of settings and versatile roles, including as a coach, facilitator, university lecturer and also as an HR interim manager.
Martin appreciates co-creative processes and is convinced that this leads to simply better solutions.
He integrates the topics Change, Positive Leadership as well as neuroscientific approaches into his work, that are close to his heart, he relies on trust, and brings in his solution orientation and flexibility as well as appreciation and humor.

What it is about...
This workshop is about confronting oneself intensively with change itself. What is my story of change? Which resistances do I have? We want to connect these insights with proven models and approaches from years of research on change and based on neuro-scientific findings. With experiential exercises, we will lay the foundation for further developing our own approach to change: What should be the narrative with which I approach change situations in the future? How can I succeed in transferring this to my everyday life?
An important aspect of the change intense workshop is designing it actively with and by the participants. Accordingly, there will be room for own topics and content. The willingness to actively participate and then to benefit individually from the workshop in the best possible way is an essential basis for all of us.

What happens after my registration?
If you have registered on this page and has sent us your mail address, we will send you the workshop contract, the price overview and further informations to your email address. After returning the signed contract, you will receive a confirmation of admission, as well as the invoice with the total amount of the workshop (about 6 weeks before the workshop starts). With that, you are formally and officially registered 🙂
With the payment of your invoice, your access to our platform will be set up, and you can already view the first documents such as the list of literature.
Are there any specific requirements to participate in the workshop?
You should have a desire to learn, an interest in personal development, to actively participate and open for a lot of exchange and exercises. The theoretical parts are geared towards beginners without any previous knowledge, so you can also participate without any previous trainings in this field.
If you have already done a lot in the area change, feel free to contact us in advance.
What kind of equipment do I need for my participation?
A mail address in order to use your access to our platform with all relevant documents.

What kind of documents will be provided?
Arbeitsbuch mit Raum zur Reflexion / für eigene Notizen, unbegrenzter Zugang zur Teilnehmer:innen-Seite mit allen Unterlagen (die nach und nach veröffentlicht werden, so dass Du jede Woche für Dich selbst weiterarbeiten kannst).
Will the course take place face-to-face only?
Die Präsenz-Teile: Ja. Die anderen Teile finden in bewährter Weise live online statt, sowie einige Inhalte werden digital zur Verfügung gestellt, so dass Du sie in Deinem eigenen Zeitrahmen nach Deinen Vorlieben anschauen kannst.
What happens if I miss one day?
You will get your certificate even if you miss one day, i.e. you have successfully attended at least 80% of the workshop days.
Until when can I register? Will there be any costs then?
You can always find the latest information and regulations directly on our homepage. Late registration will not incur any additional costs, but please note that we have a minimum number of participants and the workshop might not take place if we do not have enough registrations by a certain date. Just contact us and we can give you "live" information.
Will I receive a certificate after participating successfully?
