{"id":10200,"date":"2025-11-21T11:41:54","date_gmt":"2025-11-21T10:41:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leppla-consulting.com\/?p=10200"},"modified":"2025-11-21T11:47:41","modified_gmt":"2025-11-21T10:47:41","slug":"leadership-lunches","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leppla-consulting.com\/en\/2025\/11\/21\/leadership-lunches\/","title":{"rendered":"Practical tools for leadership: The Leadership Lunches"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Get practical tools for leadership! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this week, I was giving an &#8222;informative lunch&#8220; meeting to a fantastic leadership team I have been working with for a bit &#8211; we picked one topic (it was actually a follow-up to a workshop), I put together a little material (slides that can be re-used, a hand-out, a one-pager), I introduced the topic (without formal presentation) in a video call, I showed the material, and everyone could ask their questions.&nbsp;The idea was to be as practical as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The whole thing did not take more than 45 minutes (even though, to be honest, we could have continued the exchange &#8211; but we didn&#8217;t). It was during lunch hours, and attendees were encouraged to enjoy their lunches during the call rather than skipping them (physical needs first&nbsp;\ud83d\ude09 ). I had the impression and got the feedback that this special format was very much enjoyed and experienced as being useful &#8211; especially in this condensed framework, and with being very concrete, hands-on, ready to use.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And you know what: I got inspired by it!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I thought, after this &#8222;informative lunch session&#8220;: I would have loved something like this when I was still in a leadership role myself. Get my hands on practical tools, having a chance to try making sense of them and answering my questions in a limited time &#8211; not making too much fuzz about it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And then I thought: Having been working with leaders for more than 10 years as senior coach and consultant, I have so many practical tools for leadership that I could just throw out there. That I know work, that have been in place for a while, or that I developed for specific situations, and that people loved using, giving me great feedback on them. Why not making it a special format, being inspired by this one session I put out there, and making it an accessible, easy-going offer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s what you get:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once a month a 45 minute session in a Zoom live call, during lunch hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The session will be recorded, and, with all material provided, put into a free course here in a communi-platform group. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to that group is easy: <a href=\"https:\/\/communi.com\/leadership-lunches-by-leco\/\">simply follow this link<\/a>. As long as you are a group member, you have access to all monthly calls, and to all material provided &#8211; a regular, yearly membership at the price of \u20ac34.99 \/ year (this is an initial offer to get the group started. Once we have 25 group members, the annual price will settle at \u20ac 59.99 \/ year). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As a group member, you have the following options: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Whenever a topic is interesting for you, you&#8217;re welcome to join the call, and ask your questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If privacy is an issue, you can join the call with camera off and using a nick name or an alias &#8211; no need to dial in with your credentials if you don&#8217;t feel good about that!&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The group &#8211; at this moment &#8211; will not be much moderated. It is more a platform for hosting the Leadership lunches, and providing the material to everyone interested. However, should there be an interest in exchange amongst the leaders present, just let me know. We can change that status together any time.&nbsp;The group is being protected though, and you can only see what is happening within the group once you&#8217;re registered. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there are topics of interest for you that you would like me to pick up &#8211; please post them into the &#8222;wishlist&#8220; section of the community.
